Like many moms out there, I put myself on the back burner once I had children. I’d throw on a pair of leggings, a shirt with spit up on the shoulder, throw my hair in a bun, and put on some slides. And while there is absolutely a time and place for that, there is magic in getting yourself put together. It’s not just myself that believes this, it’s psychology (we’ll go into that deeper on another post). Even if you switch out your leggings for jeans, or swipe on some mascara and lipstick, you’re going to feel much more ready to tackle the day. Also, your confidence meter will began to tilt towards high. While you will mainly find petite friendly clothing options as I’m 4’11”, most of my clothing choices are available for all sizes.
